My number one reason for going to Ulta in New Braunfels, is Tori K. This girl knows her way around a head of hair. She’s so talented. I can show her a photo of what I want done and she makes it even better than I could have imagined. She exudes confidence in everything she chooses to do. I have nothing but praise and admiration for this lovely lady.

Hannah was amazing. She helped us find what we needed, explained what we could do differently for better results, and was just overall enjoyable. Didn’t even get annoyed when I was chatting her ear off about my kids. She was seriously the sweetest and hilarious.

I love this location and the male workers there! They’re very greeting and helpful. I got help from one of the workers, Dominique. He shade matched me, experimented with products if I didn’t like it, and was very patient with me. He was very funny and helpful! Loved him, love the location, love the organization and setup.
