Emmy is the best!!! My eyebrows are naturally white blonde and basically nonexistent, but she always dyes them the most natural shade of light brown and shapes them perfectly. I leave loving them because suddenly they look twice as full when she’s done with them. It’s like magic! She’s also the sweetest and so fun to chat with. Highly recommend her especially if you are a blonde like me!
