I have been using Billy Bob's for services the past two years for my shops larger repairs. They are very knowledgeable and professional every time they have been on my yard. Their rates are fair and they don't pad the bill like other repair services I have used in the past. Working with Amy and Brandon have always been pleasant and straight forward as repair updates are given frequently. All their mechanics they have sent to my yard have been professional and perform repairs quickly and safely. I look forward to using Billy Bob's for future repairs.

Exceptional service from start to finish! The mobile service team did an excellent job repairing my machine quickly and efficiently. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on and how they fixed it, which I really appreciated.

Careful. They will try and take your money. Went in and they said I needed a new tire. Went to discount tire and they repaired. Sad that a home grown shop take advantage of neighbors

Hands down this shop is amazing from their office staff right down to the crews. They have been working on our dry van trailers with liftgates for several years now :-)

The service was good and the only problem was mechanic didn’t have tool to get hub off wheel we got around that with my parts and some old school engineering.trying to pay was another story.Both of my cards were turned down because of fraud.there name caused suspicion after a call all was settled and back on the road I went .
