Terry did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He provided fast, friendly service at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in the New Braunfels area.

Terry cleaned and restored my mom's travertine floors after they'd begun to chip and been exposed to some pet stains. It was a big 2-day job, which including moving furniture, and they felt comfortable having him do the work while we were out of town after meeting with him to receive a quote. Terry is super professional and also very personable. Terry himself came out to give a quote and do the job instead of sending out a less experienced employee, which was a welcome change from other "local" companies we've used. He also left some supplies for touch-ups since travertine requires more upkeep than realized.

Terry is the heart of New Braunfels and should be cherished in this community! I called all the carpet cleaners in my city, and Terry was the only one that answered on the first call. My dogs have peed on the carpet, and I was in need of a carpet cleaner desperately as I was having guests over in two days. Terry listen to me and understood what my needs were. He made sure to come to my home in the time crunch that I needed him and let me know that I didn't need as much service that I requested. he help me save money and didn't just come to make money and give me a service that I did not need.
