They didn't have any up to date samples. The samples we looked at felt like we were walking through a museum in 1956. I was hoping for quality, modern, and not having a sales pitch. But it's like they assign everyone a Salesperson from their floor instead of having someone knowledgeable about the products. That is why there is an extra star off. We did get to see the owner in action while we were there. He seems like a nice, autist man who is out of his depths. You must surround yourself with people who understand business and what customers like and actually want in their homes. Not people who are hungry and will tear your business down.

Taylor Designer Flooring in New Braunfels, TX is owned by a despicable man. A man with no honor, who will take your money and not finish the job. He is difficult to talk to and does not communicate as a regular person would. And I hope you never see him when his anger comes out. He acts as if he is five years old. There are plenty of other great places to choose from in New Braunfels!

On the surface Jennifer was pleasant to work with, but after odering our tile and wood flooring, my contractor said that the exact same mayerial could be found at floor and decor for 1/3 of the price. Taylor flooring also had us order an additional 900 linear feet of flooring for wastage, telling us that we could return it if it wasnt used. Yet when we tried to return it, Jennifer then told us it was a special order, and we couldn't get a refund.
Overall, once the order was placed and paid for, Taylor flooring left us high and dry.

Great showroom with super knowledge staff. If only we had visited here instead of relying on a design coordinator we would have made a better selection in terms of materials and appearance. If you are building VISIT THEM. Floors can be costly and a trip here in advance is worth your time. Don't find yourself with a redo and a delay. We didn't visit, did need a redo, and they were super helpful in finding the best way forward. The crews they send are great, with pride in their work.

Their crew punched through the outside wall of our home in 5 places installing new shower. Waited over 2 months for Taylor to repair and they never did. Tile work very sloppy. Crews very rude and inexperienced.

From start to finish Rhiannon and the team has taken great care of us. Always available, helpful, great ideas as well. They come out and show up and work!! Clean up afterwards too.I highly recommend them, we did a huge remodel job with them. For sure would use again!!Services: Wood floor installation
