Can we just talk about KJ for a minute?! Who knew getting your eye pressure checked and having glasses made could be this fun! She had me laughing so hard- I was crying! 5 min in her presence and you can just tell she is passionate about vision care. Plus, get this? I had a very positive experience and my glasses were ready within a week. Very nice service from Barry Parker. He was great helping me with my prescription. I highly recommend this place!!
I recently purchased a pair of glasses from the Target Optical in New Braunfels. Not only were the staff very helpful in estimating the cost with my insurance but, a week after i bought my glasses, I sat on them and both lenses popped out. I returned to the store and Barry Parker repaired then on the spot with no-charge. Really nice and helpful!
