Almost ran me off the road! I was speeding on IH35 and could not change lanes due to heavy traffic and the driver was riding my bumper and would not let up. I then tried to call to voice my concerns and the man was very rude and hung up on me.
I had a broken pipe coming off the main line. Not only did they fix it, they fixed it with higher quality parts. David showed up quickly and had my water back and runningin no time. He was very polite and a pleasure to speak with.I highly recommend Plumbing Matters!
This is by far the BEST plumbing company I have ever dealt with!!! Katie the executive assistant, was so friendly and helpful, she kept us updated as to when we would expect our plumber to arrive. Our plumber David was AMAZING!! Very informative letting us know where the leak was and how much the repair would be. Quick in and out the leak is fixed and now I can relax knowing hot water is no longer leaking in my home. Thank you so much Plumbing Matters! You guys are the best! I will recommend you to all my friends and family!
