The gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I explained I was still deciding on what vehicle I wanted to go with and had other options to check out and he did not push me yet he fully explained the vehicle I was inquiring about in great detail. We had a good experience with Joseph V, our salesman. I was a little disappointed that the vehicle had not been cleaned or serviced by the time we had driven nearly 5 hours to see it. But I believe this delay was with the service dept not our salesman. The negotiation went very well, no hassle or pressure at all from Joseph. He even took us to dinner & paid for the meal just to show us a side of his good faith & appreciation for purchasing the 2021 Nissan Murano SL from him & Steele Hyundai New Braunsfel.

Absolutely jaw-droppingly awesome customer service at Steele Hyundai of New Braunfels. Let me set the scene. In late August we bought a gently used 2018 Hyundai Tuscon from Steele Hyundai in New Braunfels for our son Ike. About two months later the engine totally crapped out. Hauled it to Firestone and the estimated fix was over $11K. Completely needed a new engine. My wife and I went down there and pleaded our case not expecting much. A sales manager named Sydna was TOTALLY SYMPATHETIC and said that they were going to help us. They paid for the car to be towed down there (we live in Austin) and this AM we learned that they are going to replace the engine...for free. Unbelievable. In the meantime they are also going to allow us the use of a kick-butt Hyundai Santa Cruz truck for as long as the fix takes. Unbelievable. Absolutely, above and beyond customer service. Please ya'll look at this outfit for your future car needs. Ask for Sydna. Her and her team will set you up right.
