Quick service, even though I didn’t use on line registration. Second hair cut at this location as I visit New Braunfels every winter. Excellent cut! Will be back, even though $24.
My son went in to have a haircut (he’s 8) and he got the MVP package. He called it the “best experience of his life”. lol Hd moved the warm towel on his face and he felt so grown up.
I have no complaints with this location. However… They are the only one unless you want to head south to Shertz or San Antonio. You need to check in online way ahead of time and simply check on it now and then. It could be a 3 hour or more wait. Do not expect to show up and walk in. If you work the system you’ll be satisfied. Never had a bad cut there. Nice young ladies and they are quite professional.
