I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Schertz/ Cibolo/ San Antonio/ New Braunfels area!
I got a few really high quotes for a plumbing job recently and the quotes were from companies that came out and didn’t even dig to actually look at and assess the issue. David and Austen from Plunger Pros came out, were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly every step of the way. On my initial phone call, I was greeted right away and given a rough estimate and told they’d be happy to come out to quote. At the initial visit Austen did a temporary repair on our main line near our water meter on a Friday evening to get us through the weekend. They gave competitive quotes and financing options which is wonderful for large unexpected/unplanned jobs like this. At the following scheduled appointment, they installed a trench-less new line. I love that they took such great care of my lawn and were considerate of my roses bushes. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and made sure the area was safe every time they left. They scheduled the city inspection and were out the same day and backfilled the holes once the inspection was completed.
Again, I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area!

Plunger Pros (David) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to see us the same day we called and fixed our water heater problem right away. He also provided additional information that was very helpful. We will be using him again in the future.
Came and installed new pressure regulator, water heater, and softener all on the same day at reasonable price. Highly recommend.
