Friendly staff, clean facility, and lots of tanning options for every level. The rooms are readily available, the hours are convenient, and I really appreciate that there's no contract. Great place to tan!

I can't recommend New Braunfels Palm Beach Tan enough! In fact, I had been going to another location for years until I had my first experience there. I quickly realized the level of customer service was above and beyond. I also quickly realized this location was top level. I changed locations to this location that day. It is worth the drive. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the different tanning options, and helped me find the best plan for my needs without any pressure.

I called late Wednesday night and they were willing to take me in. Honestly one of the best customer services I’ve ever received! They were so friendly and helpful. I don’t tan too often ; just special occasions but I will come back again just based off this experience. Thank you to the girls again!
