The instructors empower you early and believe in letting you learn through experience. You will get so much out of every hour, great flow of teaching/practice ratio. Has lots of very great and experienced members but everyone is welcoming and helpful.I felt at home from the first day!

I had a fantastic experience at New Braunfels Jiu Jitsu. Ryan and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional from the moment I walked through the door. The instruction was first-class, clear, detailed, and suitable for all skill levels. Everyone in the class was friendly, respectful, and eager to help each other learn and improve. I felt comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in. My 6-year-old son walked out of his first class and immediately asked, “When can I come back?” That alone told me a lot.
What really stood out was that they teach much more than jiu-jitsu. During class, the instructor asked the kids, “What is integrity?” and a room full of children confidently responded, “Doing the right thing when nobody is watching.” Seeing those values reinforced alongside discipline, confidence, and self-defense skills was incredibly impressive.
The instructors are engaging, patient, and created a positive environment where kids can grow both on and off the mat. We’re excited to be part of this community.

My girls love going here! They’re 11 and 14. The classes aren’t too intense, everyone is supportive, and the more experienced people are great about sharing tips. All the coaches are awesome, but especially Erin and Steve. Everyone truly pours into the kids, building their confidence.
I also really appreciated Ryan working with us on fees, as we’re moving out of state.

My daughter just signed up for classes yesterday but she is so excited and absolutely loved her first class. If anyone is looking to get your child involved in something for the summer that builds your child's confidence this is definitely the way to go. Great value for your money for sure.
