    TLDR they did my manicure and pedicure completely different reds when they told me it was the same. They didn’t care when I pointed it out. I won’t be returning.

    I picked out a color from the basket on the table. We started the pedicure and a woman came up with the polish. The color was wrong. I told them it was wrong. She said “it’s what you picked” I told them no and showed them my existing color that matched the swatch. She went and brought back a color that was closer and I said it was okay.

    Pedicure went fine. Then he did the color on the toes (the darker that was closer to the swatch and my existing color) and it layered fine.

    Later when he did my nails he put the color on and it was too bright. He brought it to the attention of the lady that argued about the color in the first place. They both blew it off and he continued. I assumed (like the pedicure) it would layer and become darker. WRONG. I ended up with hooker bright red finger nails and dark red toenails.

    I explained to both of them originally that I didn’t want bright, I wanted dark, the same color I already had. She said it would be with the second polish she brought over. She even swatched it on my fingernails and it was the same color that went on during the pedicure.

    They must’ve used the wrong polish the second time as it is COMPLETELY different tones/shades on the pedicure and manicure. I have pictures in multiple types of lighting showing how completely different these colors are.

    I cannot believe that I wasted over two hours on a basic pedicure and paid an UPCHARGE on getting the wrong color. I’m not confrontational so I just paid and will move on after this review. They were incredibly slow, other than myself there was one other customer the whole time and she came in for a single nail fix. There was an employee watching something loudly on her iPad in the corner and the other employee (that argued about the color) was sitting on the couch on her phone for 95% of the 2 hour visit. So it’s not like they were busy and made a mistake. They simply didn’t care.

    I won’t be returning and I’m heavily recommending against this salon to everyone reading this.

    Came here with my cousin on May 19,2024 at around 6:30 and my experience was awful. I didn’t even ask the name of the lady that did my feet because she was so rude i just kept my thoughts to myself because i hate confrontation. The whole time she was so aggressive and would dig her nails into my feet and nearly burned me with the hot towels. I tried to take off the toe separation foam things and she got so mad at me because i accidentally messed up my pinky toe nail and yelled at me saying “why would you try and take them off!?”. Horrible experience. I will not be coming back, and I will tell all people who want to try this place not to go here as well.

    Horrible experience. I tried to explain that I wanted coffin-shaped nails, but with a softer filing—not overly sharp. Instead of listening, Janet got an angry tone and argued with me, insisting that if I didn’t want coffin, I must want oval. I repeatedly told her I wanted them exactly like the picture—simple.

    From there, it only got worse. She did my nails with zero care, filing so aggressively that she made my skin bleed in several spots. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, she went right back over the same spot with the file, fully aware it was bleeding, then just laughed and said, “Oh, sorry.” She also used the electric drill to grind off what she thought was a cuticle—completely unnecessary and painful. She abruptly finished the rushed/incomplete job and set up for a new client.

    On top of that, she didn’t even do my nails like the picture. Instead of a French tip ombré, she slapped on a single-color powder. The nails are lumpy, full of bubbles, uneven, and flat-out ugly. Nothing like what I asked for.

    I’ve been here before and had a decent experience, but after this visit, I will never be coming back.

    Don’t worry, I was also charged the additional $5 for “shaping”.

    Don’t ever go to this place !!!!! I’m not a person who leaves this type of reviews ever but I had to do it. I went to this place expecting to have my nails clipped and having 2 ingrown toe nail taken care of, but the lady that was doing the job was only filing my nails. When I asked her to clip them she said they were already too short. They were not! She didn’t do it. Then I asked her to please take care of my ingrown nail and she said they couldn’t do it there, she said “your doctor has to do it “ every other nail salon I’ve been to they do it. Then she told another lady and she came to do it . When she was doing it I told her I had another one on my other foot she did it in a very rude way I told her it was hurting and she said to me “you want it done ? Don’t complain” the water wasn’t even warm so my nails were not ready for them to work on them. I was bleeding! The other lady seemed embarrassed . I asked her if she could put alcohol on it so it wouldn’t get infected. She did. That has never happened to me before anywhere else. It was the worse experience ever. I am never going to that place again ! They charged me $55.00 . I’m not complaining about the price but they didn’t do a good job I had to come home and clip my nails shorter myself .

    I went to this place 3 times, all 3 times it was terrible. The third time I went, I was still giving the benefit of the doubt. but after 3 times I am convinced that I do not recommend this place at all!! DO NOT GO.
