Every procedure is performed by local, experienced medical professionals, supported by a friendly staff, dedicated to your comfort and care. The providers are very caring, professional, and knowledgeable, listening to questions and concerns. The spacious office is very clean with lots of hand sanitizer around. Staff is very nice and welcoming, very prompt on appointment time. Patients are called in early and met with a medical assistant who takes excellent care. Everything is explained, and patients are promptly examined and treated, often in and out in less than 30 minutes. The entire team, from the first phone call to checking out, provides a positive experience. It is a truly personalized family practice that cares.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Tieman's PA Ericka on Common St. in New Braunfels, great location! This office and staff are the best in New Braunfels. I was called in early to the room and met with medical assistant Rececca who took excellent care of me until Erika came in. Erika explained everything to me. I was promptly examined and treated. In and out in less than 30 miniutes. Can't beat that! I recommend every one in New Braunfels and Comal County to give them a chance to prove they are the best..
I had my first appointment today. I am so glad I made a change after 10 years with another dermatologist. The entire team from the first phone call to checking out was a positive experience. Truly a personalized family practice that cares. I highly recommend them. Mark
