I came in and was treated for a UTI, which I wasn't sure I had. The front desk was very pleasant and easy going. Joseph took me back and got my vitals and information. He did an excellent job and had awesome bed side manners. He made me relax and feel comfortable. Thank you Joseph for the care! The doctor seemed rushed but wasn't unpleasant. Overall I would come back if needed.
Great, responsive, polite, efficient. CJ was excellent as P.A. Valerie was caring and efficient. Receptionist very Polite, also. Give them a try. New Braunfels, Disabled USAF Vet, Age 85.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Checking in was easy. The provider was knowledgeable, down to earth, and very easy to talk with. Got the meds I needed with no hassles or issues. Would definitely recommend.
