This place deserves every 5 star they get. They have a pretty limited insurance network, but I would rather pay out of pocket here than go anywhere else. Seriously the best

Following up on the previous review made by Amanda Cardenas, I was also very disappointed with CJ's level of patient care. I came in because I had a number of questions regarding sexual health as a gay man. Throughout the session, I noticed that he seemed very uncomfortable with me. He avoided eye contact for most of the session and, at some point, he even expressed outward impatience. It was a vulnerable moment of my life, and I was hopeful that a healthcare provider would address my concerns in a professional and welcoming manner. To my great surprise, I was mistaken. To allow personal prejudice to damage provider-patient interaction is a serious breach of healthcare practice.

I came in and was treated for a UTI, which I wasn't sure I had. The front desk was very pleasant and easy going. Joseph took me back and got my vitals and information. He did an excellent job and had awesome bed side manners. He made me relax and feel comfortable. Thank you Joseph for the care! The doctor seemed rushed but wasn't unpleasant. Overall I would come back if needed.

Would not Recommend. When I showed up for an appointment to treat salmonella and food poisoning. I was told that this urgent care does not treat salmonella. I was told to go to the ER or find a GI doctor.

We can were seen by CJ and were underwhelmed to say the least. The nurse was amazing, attentive and compassionate but the Dr was not. We were given the speech about it not being an urgent care issues even though our PCP didn't have an opening for 3 weeks. He made us feel like we had wasted his time even though we were referred by the PCP office to the urgent care. Then he gave us a line about how frustrating a medical field is for those uneducated in its workings, never mind that I am a medical professional and have been since 2011. I barely get my dad to agree to Dr visits as it is, and then I finally get him in and we are dismissed in such a condescending way. I don't know if I'll be able to get my dad to agree to go to another doctor with this bad experience. Very disappointed.
