When I first became a patient, the service was great but in the last 3 years the service has gone down hill. The staff is not very good. I have had my appointments not made or put on the schedule, and I find out the day of or day before that I have no appointment and I take time off of work for this, this has happened to me at least twice and is very frustrating. I also was not very happy with the service I received the last time I ordered glasses from this office, I waited for 2 months to get my glasses and when I did get them I was not happy with them but did not return them because I did not want to wait another two months. I will be looking for a new optometrist.
I had the pleasure of an eye appt. with Doctor Teesha Frey, O.D., O.D. I had a full eye exam that was perfect, Very professional. I purchased two pair of glasses that were perfect. I wear progressives. One pair regular and one pair of sunglasses. progressive in both are perfect. The front office office team was perfect, the office is perfect. Dr. Frey will be my eyecare doctor from now on. All my needs were met. Thank you Dr.Frey and Albright eyecare.
Back in 2022, I had my first eye check-up because I was doing the Popeye eye in order to read. As a Veteran, I tend to get all care through the VA, but was having difficulties getting my eyes checked there. After going through the entire process, it was relayed to me by their DOCTOR, that my vision was horrible and I required bifocals. Call it being naive, ignorant, too trusting of doctors, or what ever you may, but I believed her because why would a DOCTOR lie to me. I went through the glasses selection with her, and being naive, I soaked up "knowledge and expertise" and got all the upgrades, because I was going to take care of my eyes. Ever since I received the glasses, I was still doing the Popeye squint when reading menus, or reading in general if the light was not right. Fast forward to today, I go through the entire examination, explaining my concerns about my vision still being in question when reading, and after everything was said and done, it turns out I only need reading glasses.... While I take 100% ownership in the glasses I bought, I should never of received that diagnosis to begin with. When i questioned everything at the end upon check-out, I was just told the Doctor and Nurse that assisted me last time were no longer with the clinic and there was nothing they can do. I understand they are no longer associated with Albright, but they were a representative of Albright, and makes me really question their entire business model and "patient care" Oh yeah, don't forget there is a 3% credit card fee... I advise you really do your homework and take your business elsewhere.
