People having “one off” bad experiences and star bombing the place? Yikes. Been coming for a year or so and nothing nefarious going is on. Its stylists doing their best with what they got.The cost accuracy reflects the quality. Just don’t blow off your appointment and communicate with them. ??‍♀️

I was going here for years until a few months ago. This is mostly a PSA for those who go here or who are thinking about coming here.This is the only haircut place I know that charges a fee if you miss your appointment. It happened a long time ago and they charged me the $50 and I said I get that, it’s on me. Then it happened again recently, but only because they stopped making the schedule more than 4 weeks out. I only like to get a haircut every 4 weeks because it adds up if you have to pay $60+ dollars a month with tip. I was forced to make an appointment no more than 3 weeks out, then wait, call and schedule again for a week further out, and after a few times I lost...read full review
