We have been very pleased with the service that Culpepper Plumbing Services offered. Their friendliness, promptness and professionalism was top notch. The techs came out to replace a bad pressure relief valve and we were back in action. Thank you for your services and I’d recommend them to friends we have here in New Braunfels.
Our warrantied water heater died on a Friday night. I thought we'd be out of hot water until Monday or later. Gus and Matt from Culpepper Plumbing went above and beyond to pick up a matching heater from their distributor and complete the install first thing Saturday! Don't just call anyone as some companies may employ unlicensed plumbing labor. Call Culpepper for honesty, genuine courtesy, transparency, licensed professionalism, and integrity.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars- they are amazing! Our hot water heater went out and by the afternoon, they had a new one installed. The men who did the installation were super nice and professional. They are definitely the only plumbing company we will ever use. Thanks for saving me from a cold shower!
