We had an emergency ‼️… they were able to get us in within 30min and took great care of my pup.

For his latest health checkup, our Westy, Henry gave Doc Alyssa Bothel and her Vet technician, LETTY 10 stars on the dog scale. He barks that both ladies are knowledgeable, kind and caring. Henry also enjoys periodic visits for grooming to keep in top form for his male modeling gigs.

The Vet Assistant and the doctor were so kind to my dog. She has had a rough year, and they treated her with such compassion. They took their time with us, went over everything, and we were out of the appointment very quickly. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, as usual.

Controlling Puff’s IBD has been challenging but the vets and staff at Countyline have been kind and helpful through it all.

My dog had a surgery for a hematoma and it went well. The doctor was very communicative and nice. However, once you are done dealing with the doctors, you’re stuck with the front desk personnel, who lack customer service and empathy. They hardly ever have answers to questions, and when they do, they are very rude. When they cannot answer your questions, they tell you they will call you back and never do. For my dog’s surgery, I was given a written prescription and was told to take it to a pharmacy to get it filled. I went to serval pharmacy’s and they all told me no. When I called County line I spoke to Kendall, and was told that once the written prescription leaves the building it is my responsibility to figure it out, because that is not a drug they can give. Which is very frustrating! If a vet clinic cannot provide vet drugs, how am I supposed to get those anywhere else? Overall, the treatment provided is not bad, but the quality of customer service falls short.

If I could give this veterinary clinic a negative 0. I would. We had the most horrible experience there. Our dog almost lost his eye due to the negligence of the staff. Both vet and staff were rude and lacked compassion or empathy. They did not apologize or try to fix the problem. They made excuses and the were cold. They are only concerned with making money. My initial experience at this clinic a few years ago was excellent. I deleted that review. Whoever they have allowed to manage this clinic since then is lacking in customer service and management experience. If you do use their clinic make sure that they send you home with discharge paperwork in hand and don’t trust they’ll email it because they are in a hurry to get off on Fridays and clinic is closed on weekends. They’ll lie and say they emailed it to you on top of other lies they tell. Also, check your billing statement. They charged me for items that we never received. On top of that stated our total bill was $164 and charged us $250 due to items added on. We are currently disputing charges with our cc. Do your research and read reviews. Something has gone terribly wrong at this clinic. Also, this clinic is not a BBB accredited business. Therefore, it does not meet the BBB standards for trust. *** UPDATE: After filing a complaint with the BBB in an attempt to resolve this issue the CountyLine Veterinary response was again met with false allegations against myself and my husband. They refuse to take ownership for their negligence. Thankfully we were refunded by our credit card company without their input. This continues to be a nightmare as they retaliated by emailing their personal notes and correspondence between myself and staff to KAE’s new veterinary which again is very unprofessional and unethical for any business. I responded by sharing a screenshot of my review. We feel like we are being harassed for speaking up and advocating for our pet. This has been a devastating experience and continues to be as KAE has been referred for urgent Opthamologist specialty care in San Antonio. We are praying that he will get the treatment he needs and his eye will heal without further damage.

Absolutely without question the worst vet clinic I have ever been to in 50+ years of dealing with veterinarians. If you expect to see a different vet for every visit, go here. If you expect to get subpar care, go here. If you expect to call with a pet emergency and be told to take your pet somewhere else because they don’t have time to get your pet in, go here. If you call the vet to ask a questions about care in remote locations, and want a call back 2 weeks later, this is your place.
However, If you want quality care in a timely manner with professional staff, go anywhere else! Literally, anywhere else.

So disappointed with customer service and unwillingness to offer a customer alternatives by front desk personnel. Had a minor issue and they refused to seek options with the customer. Top management should have been offered for a solution. Sadly...

We are new to town. Office was very clean. They got us in same day and were very friendly. They didn’t have us waiting long. Gianna was very comfortable and the staff is amazing! In and out . Prices are reasonable.

If you had seen the amount of plaque on JAKS’ teeth you would have been as surprised as we were to see her with ALL her beautiful white teeth after her cleaning done 9/13. Dr. Howard and ms. Alex were awesome! Ms. Alex was informative and compassionate, knowing how anxious I was about putting her under. Everyone was kind and caring. Teeth cleaning is never cheap but sooo worth the investment, which was reasonable - and there are discounts! They’re very good at calling you back if they can’t answer your call right away. Professional group but kind and friendly . Highly recommend!
