I love going to Pilates. Michelle instructs with passion, knowledge and makes me challenge myself to become stronger with more confidence each class. She explains and demonstrates herself so I can visually see what she is doing. She is one of the best instructors with a positive attitude and always smiling. I love how she teaches! I love that all of her classes are different and she changes it up. Not only can I physically see a difference in my body but my balance and my agility have improved tremendously.
