So we had a complete HVAC replacement done by classic services and while the sales person was helpful, friendly and the install went smoothly since then we have had the outside unit quit working and stop cooling home three times in four months. While classic has repaired the unit each time it is beyond frustrating having to call them every month to come out and get it up and running.
There has been no long term solution provided at this point and it seems we will keep having to hope everyday that we will continue to have cool air circulating throughout our home.
Really disappointed after spending such a large sum on a necessity in south Texas.

I signed up for yearly maintence agreement this year. They were running a special that covered 2 years for the price of 1 year. I had my spring/ summer checkup this week. The tech that came out was friendly & knowedgeable. The Ladies in the office are Great as well. I would Highy Reccomend this company for your AC & Heating needs!!!
It took a little while to get my part in but I know getting parts in these days can be a big challenge. Classic went out of their way to drive out of town to Austin and get the part so I would not have to wait any longer. That's Service!! Thanks guys
