Jeff was extremely busy but was able to turn my fix around in 2 business days. It probably would have been 1 if he didn't have to order parts. He is extremely professional, he kept me abreast of the current situation through the entire process and gave me options - so his communication was the excellent, expectations were set correctly and appropriately, and he was on time with everything. I would definitely trust Centex to work on my machines again and I'd highly recommend him to anyone for a PC/laptop repair.
Jeff did a wonderful job, was thorough in his diagnosis, clearly outlined the risks involved in the repair and was able to get it done quickly. I truly appreciate the hard work and honest job he did. I will be quick to call again the next time I have computer issues!
