5/5 stars doesn’t do justice. As I was preparing to deploy for who knows how long, leaving my wife and two infants home alone our house was struck by lightning. Apex came in and from day one not only addressed our needs and jumped through hoops helping us deal with the insurance company and all those stressors but they also did more than just professional and excellent work; they put us at ease and made us feel safe and secure. I knew we were in the right hands from the jump. I want to give a review for the service at APEX Electric. I had trouble with my Mini split.I tried to contact the warranty company to get repairs done and after several weeks the part was finally delivered by the warranty company for APEX to make the repair. During this time Curtis worked diligently to get the parts for the repair. Each time I had contact with APEX they were very professional, and they tried many ways to help me . Finally the part came in. Devin came out and put in the new unit.He was very skilled and did a great job. It is a unique experience for a company to stick with you to get a problem solved.

These guys are legit. Some places give you the run-around and waste your time. These guys 1) gave a fair price 2) were on TIME every time 3) they were comminicative 4) they did the project like I wanted instead of what was easiest for them 5) they were neat about the work its all clean and nicely done --- our new Ductless system is NICE thanks to them.
