They were courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The installation was done efficiently, and they made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left. I have used New Boston Service Company going on nine years. Absolutely hands-down they are the best company in New Boston and such a blessing to pick up the phone and know they are going to take care of anything that I need. Each and every time I have called them, which has been many, the guys are there that day are no longer than 24 hours after I’ve made my call. They have done everything from electrical plumbing And gas work for me. We have used New Boston Service for several years for plumbing issues and air conditioner maintenance and repair.
Our central heat/air conditioner went out requiring complete replacement and New Boston Service got the unit delivered and installed as quickly as their scheduled jobs allowed.
The installers were friendly, professional, informative and worked all day in the east Texas heat to get the unit installed.
We will continue to entrust New Boston Service with our needs and will continue to refer others without hesitation.

I called NBSC this morning and told them about the plumbing issues we were having and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and the 2 service men that came out, (Josh and Toby) were very courteous, knowledgeable and fixed our plumbing issue. They made sure it was working properly before they left. This is the first time that we have used NBSC and will most definitely use them again and will recommend NBSC to our friends. Had some plumbing issues spring up over the weekend, Shot NBSC a call this morning and within the hour a couple of plumbers, Josh and Toby, made it to my residence and fixed the issues quickly. They were very knowledgeable and took their shoes off at the door. 5/5 recommend, Fast, Professional and very respectful of my home. Couldn't ask for better people to call and trust to do a good job, NBSC is great!
