I can’t say enough about this place—where do I even begin.
The concept of this hot exercise was something I was already thrilled about after a life-changing hot yoga class I took one time (with space heaters no less) and the way this gym operates is so efficient and works so well with all schedules. But I think what I love most about this particular place is the owners and the people they trust to manage their establishment. I have been a member since 2020. I loved HOTWORX from day one!! The staff members are always friendly and helpful. Anytime I have a question about any product it isn't always staff hours and I know I can message and Lexia will always respond with plenty of insight or screenshots of product details. Lexia promoted the detox so well to me that I tried it and l will get it again. She loves to have little pop up treats for the members to promote products and make them more inviting with new ideas with the protein shakes. Lexia is one of my favorite faces to see in the studio! She is always smiling and full of energy.
