I brought in patio double wide curtain for cleaning, they sent out and when I got it back. The back of curtain was like melted together, like put in big hot dryer. They refunded cleaning charges but it's been months trying to get them to replace or pay for. Calling for months and going inside does nothing. It's always we will call you back.

Great costumer service and they have always did my clothes so goood! Love this place! The manager personally took my clothes to the plant just so I could get them back before my trip (ofcourse I tipped her for it). All in all, amazing place

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!We dropped off our Daughters dress to be dry cleaned for a sweet 16 and were guaranteed for it to be ready today 10/14/2023. When we called this morning to ask if it was ready for pickup, we were told that the company that they “outsourced” this to had a delivery vehicle accident, and proceeded to give me a phone # for that company, with no offer to contact them for us. Estelle’s obviously had no intention of letting us know there was an issue. We called that cleaning company and we’re told they had no record of us or my daughters dress. Then we called Estelle’s back and were told that they had too many items and too many stores to continue to try and find our daughters dress. Last visit from our family and friends as we will share this experience every chance we get. If you can’t handle your business and it’s volume, maybe honest reviews like this one will help lessen your load.
