They provide HVAC and appliance services for residential and commercial customers and sell appliance parts. The office staff is not here on weekends, but an A/C technician is on call. Bubba himself came shortly, diagnosed a bad starting capacitor, topped off the coolant, and tallied up a reasonable bill, with cool air flowing again. Another customer scheduled a Spring AC checkup, and Hayden and Greyson were on time, flushed drain lines, placed slime inhibitors, checked pressure levels, and hosed out the outside unit for a standard $85 charge. A heater went out before Christmas Eve, and a technician arrived within the hour and got it going in less than an hour, saving the holidays. The price was reasonable and transparent, and staff was kind. At an appliance store in Nederland, Mr. Frank was helpful and educated a customer on a broken dryer issue, not allowing them to buy unnecessary parts. Another gentleman took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. Giles exceeded expectations on a dryer, finding the main problem and troubleshooting other things. Customers highly recommend them and will never use anyone else.
