I came in for a massage during Mother’s Day weekend that my husband surprised me with, and I am so glad he did! Jenny was my therapist and she was 10/10. The combo massage was amazing. I’m so happy our small town of Navasota has Dopamine Day Spa. It truly feels like a luxury experience. The ambiance is everything, so relaxing and welcoming.
The service was so great that I came back for an eyebrow wax and Mrs. Tina shaped and waxed them perfectly. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Enjoyed a 1 hour massage on my birthday (11-20-25) and everyone there was so nice and welcoming and treated me like they'd known me for years. The full body massage and scalp massage was absolutely AMAZING and will be going back right after Christmas for a second round. They served me green tea before my massage and ginger tea afterwards. I give them a 10 out of 10 on my overall experience.

My husband and I went for a massage. This was my first time getting a massage. Tina was so sweet. We felt so comfortable during the massage. The house is beautiful. Overall great experience.
