From the moment we contacted them, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Our biggest concern was making sure our dog got a fence asap. Because they were booked out for a few weeks, they went above and beyond by bringing us a large temporary kennel to use in the meantime. They set it up the very same day we spoke with them. The crew has also been super friendly, respectful, and considerate throughout the process. We’ve been extremely impressed with their customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. I contracted with Texarkana Fence almost two years ago to install a hard-wired, controlled access swinging gate on the entrance to my residence in Texarkana. The gate was installed for a reasonable price, and has served us well ever since.
Recently one of the welds failed on the support structure for the gate controller / gate attachment, so that the gate ceased closing properly. The situation required a reworking of the support structure, involving a significant amount of labor and expertise.
