Very helpful and patience lady’s they will help with the tax services which on my end I had to pay back which it’s something no one likes to do. But the really nice lady’s Jenifer and Adela helped me out with my process, not too stressed since they handle it very professionally relieved to be helped 100% from world finance.

The staff is really friendly!! Love the service there, Naomi Cantu is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! And Ashley Lee has a great personality as well!! It''s a great peaceful environment to do your taxes or get a loan. The 4 stars is for the $400+ charge but it has nothing against the workers AT ALL!! WOULD VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE $400 TO SPARE ON TAX PREPARATIONS!!!!! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT❤❤❤❤❤

I recently got a personal loan here and i received a call within an hr & went over the application was approved right then and transferred me to Ashley in Nacogdoches branch & helped me out , she was very friendly and helpful . She gave me tips on how to improve my credit. Definitely recommend world finance!!
