Ward Animal Hospital is a reliable option for pet owners in need of emergency care, especially on Saturdays. The hospital's staff is known for their friendly and helpful demeanor, calming anxious clients and providing clear explanations about their pets' conditions. They offer prompt service, getting pets in and out quickly, and are accommodating to special needs, such as PTSD. While some employees may not be as people-oriented, the majority of the team, including the veterinarian, provide excellent care and service, making it a great choice for fur babies. Clients have been very pleased with the hospital's explanation of procedures and billing, and they highly recommend the veterinary services, especially Dr. Grant, who is praised for his attentiveness and professionalism.
Thank you Ward Animal Hospital for carefully removing that awful botfly from my sweet kitten Void. My husband and I are grateful for your care and precision while taking care of our boy. Void is now resting much more comfortably with his brothers and is healing well. We are incredibly grateful for his y’all
My little Yorkie girl had a dislocated hip & then a small mass. They did 2 surgeries & were excellent in their care. We have been very pleased with their explanation of the procedures & what to expect in the bill. I know they do large animal care, but they've been great with my tiny girl as well! Highly recommend!
I've been using ward animal hospital for about 7 years now. I've never had a negative experience. My pets continue to receive good care. The staff here is great and professional.
If you are looking for a vet, I'd highly recommend ward!
