After having a disappointing experience with another HVAC company (McWilliams), I called Texas Air for a second opinion, and I’m very glad I did.
My system is old (1987), but Dalton still took the time to thoroughly inspect my system instead of immediately trying to sell me a replacement. They measured the air temperature going into and coming out of the unit, explained what they were checking, recommended better air filters that I could easily purchase online, and even cleaned the outdoor unit, which clearly hadn’t been serviced when the other company was out the day before.
