The hygienists are efficient, ensuring appointments run smoothly. The front desk staff is welcoming and supportive, making scheduling easy. The office environment is clean and well-organized. Dr. Hancock takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly and address all patient questions.
I’ve used Dr. Jeff since the early 2000s. He has always been friendly and professional, offering me honest advice. Even though I am only in there a few times a year, he remembers details about me that make me know he sees his patients as people not numbers. His staff is friendly and professional.
I would say Dr. Jeff Hancock is one of the best dentist around. He made sure I was comfortable at all times and his work I am pretty impressed with.His assistant, Crystal, is also amazing.Both were attentive, reassuring, and patient.The front desk staff are friendly and greet you with a smile.Very clean environment, seemed to have everything in order.Could not recommend enough! The entire staff all deserve 10 + stars!
Hygienist, Jan, got me in and out within an hr on my lunch break. Also, got me scheduled in the next week or so to fix my issue and scheduled my 6 month check up too. Office staff is always super friendly and helpful when scheduling or I have new insurance card. Dr Hancock is super friendly as well and will always do what's best for his patients.Highly recommend them as a dentist office
