I ordered a 20x20 standard carport. Overall, I am very satisfied despite a few issues.The good:The installers were very good for the most part. They obviously had done this before as they had an organized system for laying things out and doing the install. When competed, the carport looked great (as far as I could see in the dark) and I did not see any noticeable issues. There was a problem with the screws (I ordered colored ones, but they did not use them), but Eagle quickly resolved that and removed the cost from my final invoice. They did offer to replace them, but that seemed like more trouble than it was worth. The carport seems very sturdy and IMO is a good value...read full review

I order a carport from Eagle Carport.The carport looks nice. It only took 2 days....one day to process the order and another day for the installation.I am very happy with the Combo Carport.Good Communication and great service. Thank you Eagle Carport.

I ordered a double carport with 3 sides closed in. They called before they came but didn’t close in the 3 sides, I talked with them and told them I paid for 3 closed sides and we both had copies of the work order, I called the office and was rescheduled to finish the job. The only complaint I have is that they didn’t do it right the first time but everyone was nice and polite so things happen. I also found screws after they left but that’s a part of it.
