In the past they have employed very sassy, rude reps. Went in today and Tevin Brown changed my mind about this company. He was very friendly and I could tell it was genuine! Go in and ask for Tevin he is fantastic!!!!
Truly, visiting the Nacogdoches branch was a wonderful experience when making my payment. This is true, not only in disposition, but in name as well, as the employee named Truly was incredibly helpful, exceedingly nice, and an overall professional.
