“In Feb 2025 we contracted with James Wood Construction to do a modest remodel of our kitchen along with some out door structural work and plumbing repair.They were working on an 80 yr old home that was built using spit and bailing wire to give you an idea of what they were dealing with. Think of all the unexpected “things” that could happen…lol.
In the kitchen we had multiple joists and beams replaced under the floor, a new sub floor, along with new vinyl. They removed 4 layers of flooring.
We had the countertops redone with new Formica along with installing a new kitchen sink. Every single employee who worked on the job was wonderful. Polite, respectful and knew what they were doing. They worked quickly and throughly, cleaning up after themselves without any reminders. They gave us a rough estimate of a month to do the job. They completed it in 3 weeks! Zach was the lead contact and was everything you’d want in a lead. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. ..This is actually the second job they did for us and we will use them again because we more to do on this old place! We highly recommend them! Thanks again to Zach, Colton,Brian, John along with the flooring guys and the Formica guy whose names I can’t remember! You were all wonderful!“

“Cole Roofing just finished our home roof in 3½ days. Johnny Cole, his son, and their crew of 8 are a hard-working bunch, from sun up to sun down. They did an EXCELLENT job with no time wasted. Cleanup every evening was thorough, materials/tools picked up and put in its place, all trash collected, nails were cleaned up with a roller magnet. We highly recommend Johnny and his hard workers.
