The staff here seem pretty nice. They actually had little snacks in the foyer in case you're like me sometimes ( forget to eat before leaving home). I was able to get in and out of my appointment with relative ease and in a timely manner. However, you should try to remember to bring cash when you come here since their debit/credit machine shares lines with the phone/fax so I actually wound up staying about a half an hour trying to get my payment to go through before my mom just decided to loan me the money to pay for my services.
