1st time. I had been going to their Richardson location until it closed. The Murphy location is about the same distance from my home. Nice, clean spacious facility. Heather introduced herself as having 20 years experience and an air force background. She was very thorough, pleasant, and she addressed my concerns professionally. Great experience for a 70 year old.
I highly recommend Heather Bailey, NP. I’ve had a few visits now and am so happy with her as my dermatologist! She is very kind, explains everything in a way that I understand, answers my million questions and puts me at ease. She has removed 2 large cysts from my head with no pain, no scarring, perfect stitches. Every employee I have interacted with has been friendly (love Jackie!!) The office is very clean, super easy to schedule an appointment no matter how busy your own schedule is. I’m so pleased with my care here!
