I highly recommend this therapy clinic, especially because of my physical therapist, Mary. I’m currently here for a work-related injury, and since this is my first time ever being injured, I was honestly really nervous going into the process. Mary has made such a huge difference in my experience. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely supportive. She really takes the time to listen to her patients and understand what they’re going through, which makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Bailey and the team have provided the exercises and therapies to improve my shoulder mobility and pain. My main recommendation for someone reading this that might be thinking of trying PT is to try it now. I made the mistake of waiting to see if the pain would go away on its own, and it never did, even after a year. Now my mobility is better, and strength is improving.
