Awesome service, very friendly staff, and transparent pricing. Regan did a great job helping me select my glasses, understand what is covered by my insurance. By the time I sat down with Regan to go over my purchase options, Winta had already looked up & sent over my insurance information fom Tuesday's exam. Just wow!!?
My boyfriend and I had never been to any America’s Best establishments, prior to this visit, and we had such a great experience! We went to the Murphy, TX location and it was awesome! Everyone was so nice and helpful and seemed like they genuinely wanted to be there. Genesis was the person who helped us out the most and she couldn’t have been better! She was so knowledgeable, so accommodating and extremely patient! Nothing we asked of her was an issue of something she couldn’t help us with. We will definitely be back again!
Diana the receptionist is so great and all of the technicians from start to finish. They got me in same-day after a failed attempt at a different eye place. 10/10 recommend Murphy Americas Best!!! ?
