Mr Cooper is extremely knowledgeable and polite. He did a great job finding and cleaning my septic system and explaining to me how they work. Great family business 100% would recommend to anyone!

Just moved to Brownsboro, TX on 12/31/24. There wasn’t a lot of info on our septic situation other than it was a ‘conventional’ septic system. Figured it was time to get some answers on the what we had on the property. Had seen the Cooper’s Septic Service sign leaving Brownsboro, TX… want to do ‘local’ so I gave them a call. Johnny returned my call within minutes and we scheduled an appointment for Monday the 17th. He arrived early… greeted us in a big Texas welcome. Turns out, he has serviced this property for the previous owners so he had some history that we didn’t have… nice! Johnny educated us, entertained us, and was a totally great guy.... read full review

We hadn't dealt with a septic system before so we weren't sure what to expect. Johnny explained what the problem was. Then got back to us with a quote right away. He was prompt, polite, very informative, fair pricing but most of all he did a great job and fixed our problem! We highly recommend him!
