Late Friday afternoon I called Kaitlyn Williams at Jon Wayne and she had the technician to my lakehouse immediately. I had another company who works with my home warranty out two days before and they said nothing was wrong. There’s nothing wrong now. All good. Thank you Kaitlyn and Jon Wayne for saving our family weekend.

Came out to our weekend place last Thursday around 3:30pm and the A/C was not working and 88 degrees in the house. From the time I called Jon Wayne until it was FIXED was about 1 hour total time!! Justin was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks!!
