Had an air-conditioning problem at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, and by 4:30 Devon was there, diagnosed the problem, found the appropriate parts and the unit was up and running shortly thereafter. Saved our weekend! Cannot recommend the Jon Wayne company enough.

Micheal was on time to complete the AC annual maintenance service. I greatly enjoyed having Michael at my home, he exceeded my expectations, he was professional, polite, and amicable, he cares about his customers. During the service process he explained and provided recommendations, answered all my questions and went beyond and above, took care of a couple of items that needed attention, he did not want to leave for others to address, demonstrating a high standard of ethics and diligent customer service a credit to your company.
