The entire staff at UT Health are amazing. Dr. Smith is always so thorough and patient when she sees my son. Always making sure we understand and answers any and all questions.
But, there is one staff member I would really like to brag on 😊 Mrs. Jessica at the front desk. Every time we show up, Mrs. Jessica always has a smile on her face and it’s like we’ve been friends for years. I struggle with bad social anxiety but she makes it so easy and I feel so comfortable talking to her, whether it’s in person or on the phone, which is another struggle of mine.. Dr. Reed actually took tome and explained my test results and explained the procedure he was going to do. He is THE BEST! His office staff was very engaged and I highly recommend.
