Recently relocating from another state, I feel fortunate to have found this office and great group of people. All the staff are very welcoming, helpful, and go above and beyond to get treatment scheduled and completed. The doctor seems very knowledgeable but does not talk down to you when explaining treatments and procedures. I don’t think my dental anxiety will ever go away, but it’ll definitely decrease by coming here.
The staff are very polite and courteous towards everybody! They would explain any questions I had with superb answers that make me feel really comfortable. They make it very enjoyable for me especially when they listen and understand my situations about anything. I will most definitely enjoy going there, knowing that they are there to help me and improve my teeth! Five Stars I will give them(And more) lol ??
I absolutely love the staff and Dr.J. They are amazing. They make you feel right at home the moment you walk in. There is no sitting in the waiting area. It’s like you are there maybe 5 minutes before they call you back. I literally needed all my teeth worked on. Dr. J is doing an amazing job restoring them. I can actually smile now and be proud of my smile. I would recommend everyone to visit the McCauley office. I will show before and after pictures when we are finished.
