CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic

Most of my interactions at this Christus Clinic location have been with staff. Reception staff is courteous and helpful. But the stand out at this location is Phlebotomist Debra Roth. She does all the blood draws for myself and my family. He is sweet, kind, gentle and very very thorough. Just what you want from someone who has to stick needles into your arms. As a 42 year military Veteran who serves on several QRFs, I have been stuck with needles all over the world more times than I can count. So having this type of kindness is especially appreciated.

I had been running a fever for the last three days and had no other symptoms. I have two doctors appointments this week and needed to find out quickly why I had a temperature. Today is Sunday. The young lady that checked me in was friendly and efficient and I was seen actually before my scheduled appointment. The nurse that took my vitals and information was a true ray of sunshine and answered all of my questions. She was such a joy to be around. My experience has been great ....they have stayed in contact with me with multiple health issues that I'm experiencing. Even being respectful enough to apologize for FIVE minutes late with me getting a room for my evaluation while bringing me water. Ashley Veasly and the entire staff have been wonderful.
