Thank you for the two beautiful floral arrangements for my dad's memorial service. Compliments to the staff for helping me with my last minute order (literally, I ordered one of my arrangements two hours before the service and they delivered both, without any issues). Now, that's exceptional customer service!

I can't begin to tell you how awesome Lisa and her staff is. I've been using Designs by Lisa for years. It didn't matter if I was living in Florida, Chicago, or New York, Lisa hads always been my go to florist for special occasions. Recently, We were looking to send my Mom something special for her retirement. I called from Dallas and spoke to Jordan. She was amazing! She was very patient with us. So patient she stayed on the phone with me and my sister for an hour helping us select the perfect flowers for a customized arrangement. The outcome was better than we imagined. Lisa and Jordan brought our vision to life. The arrangement was the most beautiful arrangement I had ever seen. More importantly, my mom's reaction was everything. She LOVED them and cant keep her eyes off of them. Lisa and Jordan, thank you so much for making this occasion one to remember and all the occasions before it. You forever have a Customer in me.

We ordered a casket arrangement, and Lisa was amazing! Very professional, and very much wanting to give us what we were envisioning. And she didn’t disappoint. I wish I knew how to attach a picture. It was beautiful!
