So I was thinking they were going diagnose my problem and schedule the replacement for another time since it wasn't just a part replacement. When they told me they were ready to start right away! Best service call I've made. Every repair/replace jobs needed to be done from automotive to all home related, the customer could choose two of the following three options on the service.
