i needed to have a 30 amp outlet installed for an RV,which required a newbreaker & wiring.The electrician was an experienced journeyman who(along withan apprentice)did a good job.Not cheap,but probably the normal rate for a licensed electrician.If you want "cheap",you could be "playing with fire".

I used Elite to upgrade my panel that had been damaged in a storm. They were quick to respond. Very professional, work was clean, price was right, very personable.
