She was extremely expensive for a service ahe provided. We do not owe a business. She did my husband's and my taxes (joint). She never responded to our emails nor numerous messages we left on her voicemail. The only email we received back was the price and that it was ready to be picked up. Would not recommend.

Terrible service! She never answers phone calls, texts, or even emails. It’s impossible to get a response, no matter how many times you try to reach out. On top of that, her rates are ridiculously high for the level of service she provides—or rather, doesn’t provide. I would never recommend her to anyone I know. If you want professionalism or even basic communication, look elsewhere. I can't emphasize enough how expensive her service is

This woman took our money two years ,in a row, 2016 & 2017, to prepare our taxes. In 2019, we were notified by the IRS that she never filed either year! After a call to her office, she quickly filed 2016 but we now have to file 2017 ourselves and we are only a few weeks away from 2020. She did refund our money for tax preparation for 2017. That’s the only positive thing I can say. Find a REAL professional because this woman certainly is NOT!!!
