Jim the owner came and made the service call today to repair my AC. He was very nice and professional. He explained what apparently happened to cause the AC to stop working and luckily it was an easy fix. Not many companies would work on a holiday nor would the owner be out making sure their customers are taken care of. He even helped me close all the windows I had open once the AC was up and running. ? thank you Jim for being so thorough in your work to ensure all was working properly and taking care of your customers. Definitely a company I would recommend and use again.
